This week in the Million Dollar Locker Room, the focus was simple:
Momentum is a decision.
Most people think momentum is something that happens to them.
The truth is the opposite.
Momentum is built through decisions.
And it's lost through indecision.
Our Pro member Emily Soria shared something many people can relate to.
Not laziness.
Not lack of ambition.
Just knowing what needs to be done—and putting it off.
Until she realized something:
The coaching was there.
The opportunity was there.
The support was there.
What was missing was action.
And that's where momentum begins.
Not when you feel ready.
Not when conditions are perfect.
The moment you decide to move.
One of the strongest moments from the call came when we talked about people we care about.
People with talent.
People with potential.
People who could be doing so much more.
But eventually you learn a hard truth:
You can't want success for someone more than they want it for themselves.
Every person eventually has to make their own decision.
To grow.
To improve.
To act.
Because nobody can build momentum for you.
Larry also pointed out something worth thinking about:
We're nearly halfway through 2026.
The clock is moving whether we pay attention or not.
The question isn't where you hoped you'd be by now.
The question is:
What decision do you need to make today that could change where you'll be six months from now?
Because that's how momentum works.
Not through one giant breakthrough.
Through one decision.
One phone call.
One workout.
One appointment.
One conversation.
One action.
Then another.
Then another.
Momentum isn't magic.
It's an accumulated action.
And once you understand that, you stop waiting for momentum to arrive.
You start building it yourself.
